Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Peach Loft Studio! We are committed to providing a safe, positive, and structured environment for all our clients. Please review the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Class and Session Purchases

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases for classes, sessions, and packages are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for unused, partially used, or missed sessions.

  • Expiration Dates: All paid class packages and sessions have a defined expiration date. Clients are responsible for noting and utilizing sessions before this date. Expired sessions will not be extended or refunded.

 

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation Window: We enforce a strict 8-hour cancellation window for all scheduled sessions (private, semi-private, and group classes).

  • Late Cancellation Penalty: Any session canceled after the 8-hour window will be considered a late cancelation. A late cancelation will result in the forfeiture of one paid session from your package or the cost of the session.

  • No-Show Penalty: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without any prior notification ("no-show"), the missed session will result in the forfeiture of one paid session from your package or the cost of the session.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you encounter an unavoidable, exceptional situation, please contact us immediately. We are happy to discuss the circumstances and do our best to find a reasonable accommodation.

3. Studio Conduct and Code of Ethics

To ensure a productive and harmonious environment for everyone, we require all clients to adhere to the following conduct rules:

  • Respectful Environment: Clients must maintain a respectful and courteous attitude toward all other clients, the instructor, and the studio staff before, during, and after sessions.

  • Equipment Care: Please handle all Pilates equipment (e.g., Reformers, Cadillacs) with care. Report any damages or concerns immediately to your instructor.

  • Punctuality: Please aim to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session to prepare. Late arrival may result in a shortened session.

  • Cell Phones: For the enjoyment and focus of all clients, all cell phones must be silenced or set to vibrate during class. Avoid taking calls or engaging in activities that distract others.

 

4. Right to Refuse Service

The Peach Loft Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:

  • Fails to comply with our payment, cancellation, or expiration policies.

  • Engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior towards clients, instructors, or staff.

  • Does not adhere to the proper conduct and studio etiquette outlined in Section 3.

5. Gift Card & Voucher

Redemption and Use

  • What you can buy: Gift Cards are only for services (classes, sessions) and products at the Studio.

  • Balance Check: Inquire at the Studio or email hello@peachloftstudio.com.

  • No Cash: Cards are not redeemable for cash or for purchasing other Gift Cards.

  • Final & Fixed: Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.

Sales and Expiration

  • Final Sale: All Gift Card sales are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged (unless required by law).

  • Expiration: Each card has an expiration date printed on it or the receipt.

  • Note: Any bonus or promotional value may expire sooner than the original amount you paid, where allowed by law.

  • Redeem on Time: It is your responsibility to use the card before the expiration date. Expired cards are void.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Risk of Loss: The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for unauthorized use.

  • Replacement: A card may only be replaced with the original proof of purchase and card number. The replacement will have the remaining balance and the original expiration date.

Liability

  • The Studio is not responsible for any issues with the card. If a Gift Card is non-functional, your only remedy is a replacement card.

 

By making any purchase for services or goods with The Peach Loft Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
