What is reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is low impact full body workout performed on a spring resistant machine.
How long is class?
Classes are 50 minutes long and we ask you to arrive a few minutes early in order to start on time.
What should I wear?
We recommend form fitting athletic wear and grip socks to add stability on the reformer.
What should I bring?
​Our recommendation: Water and a positive attitude. Expect to be empowered and totally refreshed!
